At Interim Legal I (Heidi Sperling) offer a legal consultancy solution where very little commitment is needed from you.

I offer flexible solutions where you can either book hours on ad hoc basis, or you can enter into monthly or long term arrangements.

Interim Legal is solely owned by me, Heidi Sperling, and it will always be me assisting your business, i.e. I will get to know your business and you will always have your senior consultant at hand.

The general concept of Interim Legal is to constitute an inhouse legal resource, e.g. as cover for an employee on leave, or as a first step of building inhouse legal resources, e.g. creating tools and templates for the organization to use.
